Our Hyperacute Stroke Unit (HASU) provides fast-paced, specialist care to patients in the crucial first 72 hours following stroke. We are a dynamic, multidisciplinary service delivering thrombolysis, thrombectomy pathways, advanced monitoring and high-intensity nursing care.
We are looking for a highly motivated and clinically confident nurse to join our leadership team as a Band 6 Charge Nurse.
Main duties of the job
As a Band 6 Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of acute stroke care, supporting junior staff and ensuring safe and effective patient flow within the unit. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with stroke, acute medical, neurology, or critical care experience looking to develop advanced leadership and clinical skills.
