Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Recruitment Administrator to join the existing Recruitment Team on a permanent basis.
Based predominantly at Ormskirk, this post is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team within the wider HR Directorate and gain experience within an established Recruitment Team.
If you have previous experience working as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service, working to targets or feel you have the necessary skills to transfer to a recruitment / administration role then we would welcome an application from you!
Main duties of the job
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Liaise closely with recruiting managers, providing them with advice and support in relation to recruitment processes and the use of theonline recruitment system, TRAC.
- Support candidates through the recruitment process to enable them to receive an outstanding recruitment experience, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
- Provide an administrative service to the facilitation of incoming doctors on rotation from Lead Employer and Foundation Year 1 doctors, ensuring employments checks and induction information is shared in a timely fashion.
- Regularly monitor the rotation spreadsheet from Lead employer
- Administer the Clinical Attachment process for aspiring doctors seeking experience within the NHS
- Manage a high volume of administration tasks and telephone queries from managers and candidates
- Have an ability to work well under pressure.
- Support recruitment events outside of normal working hours (evenings/weekends)
- Have a willingness to provide cover at both Trust sites (Ormskirk and Southport)
