The Division of Surgery is a busy and fast-paced environment providing Surgical services.
It is an exciting time for the division and exceptional candidates are sought to deliver outstanding care for our local population and work with our clinical teams and local partners to develop new models of care.
The Business Support Managers will collect and analyse performance data in order to inform decision making.
This will require liaising with various staff disciplines to organise additional capacity to meet the demands placed on the Division.
The role also has day to day responsibility for the line management of administrative and clerical staff.
Main duties of the job
The Division of Surgery is recruiting to a Business Support Manager role in the Urology Directorate.
You will be part of the division's operational management team and will work alongside the Directorate Managers and Operational Service Leads/Assistant Directorate Managers to support surgical specialities working closely with clinical colleagues.
