Job summary
To provide administration support to the People Development function.
The post will include administration and co-ordination support for the Corporate Induction Programme as well as the Trust's apprenticeship and widening participation agenda.
Main duties of the job
Liaising with stakeholders and staff regarding relevant events and sessions.
Plan, promote learning and development courses (both internal staff and external applicants) by attending events and information, advice and guidance sessions.
Liaise with managers to provide support to successfully on-board staff onto apprenticeships, work experience placements and widening participation programmes.
Be central point of contact for training providers, external assessors and tutors in relation to learner progress and to support when necessary, evaluating programmes through to completion.
Assist colleges, universities and training providers in developing, implementing and delivering information sessions either on site/online or at training providers' premises.
Preparing materials, handouts etc for events and sessions, including promotional materials
Act as a point of contact for work experience and widening participation applicants whilst on programme in line with organisational need and regulatory requirements, escalating to L&D team leader if required.
