Job summary
We are seeking a 12 month fixed term Consultant Radiologist with a Specialist interest in Breast Radiology to work within a cohesive team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital.
Candidates should be able to handle risk and ambiguity comfortably and will be expected bring intellect and insight to leading on complex services.
This role will require an exceptional communicator who will be politically astute and quickly able to develop strong relationships internally and with a wide range of external stakeholders. Main duties of the job
Daily roles and responsibilities for this post involve all aspects of screening and symptomatic breast imaging work including Mammography, Ultrasound and MRI
The post holder is required to be an enthusiastic team player, participate in audit, and quality improvement activity to drive the service forward.
