Job summary
The post holder will support the Workforce Planning Manager to manage the e-job planning system and act as the e-job planning system lead, utilizing specialist knowledge of systems used by our workforce to undertake annual and in -year job plans.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring the system is correctly configured, staff using the system are fully trained and support to use the system, e-job plans meet national and local policy, process requirement and that the resulting data is analysed and fully utilized by divisions to maximize productivity.
The post holder is also responsible for ensuring the establishment control system is correctly configured and inline with wider Trust systems.
Main duties of the job
- Lead on the system maintenance and integrity of the e-job planning system on behalf of all staff groups registered on the system.
- Ensure that workforce planning monitoring reports are accurate and informative and presented in a manner which is easily understandable for the target audience and related to organisational needs.
- Act as a point of contact for e-job planning and other workforce planning tools, including establishment control.
