Job summary
This role is working as part of a team to ensure all services provided by the Estates, Facilities and Capital team are delivered efficiently and effectively within timescales and to the required standards.
The post holder will provide 1st line support for predominantly Estates Compliance Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and remedial tasks, and associated scheduling of these tasks. The role will include maintaining and filing all Compliance PPM and remedial work requests.
Support is also required for reactive, minor works and capital financial requests for staff throughout the Trust/Wider organisations to clinical and nonclinical staff.
The service desk analyst will assist in supporting the 2nd line Estates, Facilities and Capital support teams.
The post holder will be trained to perform 1st line solutions where possible and are responsible for troubleshooting or escalating problems and challenges within E F & C team, to provide effective solutions to reported problems and requests.
