The post holder will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Lead Nurse to provide assurance of patient safety and quality care as the transformation plan is delivered. The post holder will be an active member of the Capital Planning Team for the New Urgent and Emergency Care unit and will be responsible to deliver the induction and familiarisation programme taken from the commissioning plan. They will engage with stakeholders to ensure service users are "clinically ready" to deliver patient centred care at the point of opening of the new Capital Build in October 2022. T

Responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the New Urgent and Emergency Care Centre's induction and familiarisation programme as part of the New Builds Commissioning programme. Overseen by the Senior Project Manager and the Senior Project Nurse Lead, the Clinical Project Support Manager will lead in the delivery and co-ordination across clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a successful staff and patient engagement programme is delivered as part of induction and familiarisation.
They will use their clinical background to deliver the clinical familiarisation of the new build that is required within the Emergency and Acute pathway.

- First level registration.
- Evidence of undertaking a recognised course of study in teaching and assessing.
- Evidence of professional development and regular study since qualification.
- Educated to first degree level or evidence of study at degree level.
Experience
Essential
- Proven nursing/midwifery experience since qualification.
- Evidence of substantial Emergency and/or Acute care experience.
- Experience of regularly managing a team of staff and other resources in the acute setting.
- Experience of close liaison with members of multidisciplinary team.
- Experience of service planning and managing change.
Knowledge and Skills

- Effective leadership skills and an understanding of leadership theory and practice.
