Main duties of the job
- To support the Portfolio Manager and Team in effecting the Digital Portfolio initiation and handover stages and its constituent projects, including planning, supporting, facilitating, analysing and monitoring progress of the project delivery programme.
- To support the Digital Portfolio Team ensuring that the work conforms to departmental standards.
- To support the process to establish and maintain the Document Management System for the Portfolio.
- To support assurance and analysis to ensure continual business justification for the project initiative and elements within the delivery programme and that they are fit for purpose.
- Ensure that project initiatives are focused on delivering the Trust's strategic objectives
- To support the production of meeting documentation and reporting

- Significant experience of working in an administrative role within a complex organisational context (including diary management, communication and liaison with a wide range of staff, both internally and externally)
