Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for a new challenge within our friendly Recruitment team at Dorset County Hospital?
We have a great opportunity for someone who wants to bring their administrative experience to a new dynamic, fast paced recruitment environment.
Supporting with administration for events, interview days and more, this is an exciting and varied role for anyone looking for their next step in administration.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will:
- Work proactively as part of the Recruitment team to deliver a responsive, accurate and flexible service.
- Provide admin support to the Recruitment teams
- Maintain electronic systems
- Provide excellent customer service to our users.
To succeed in this role you have:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment and providing support by telephone, email and face to face.
- Significant experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and competence in Microsoft Office and web based systems.

- Educated to GCSE level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in English and Maths
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration
Experience & Knowledge

- Recent Human Resources administration experience
- Keyboard skill/data inputting skills.
- Recent experience of working with Microsoft Office Software in a working/academic environment.
