To provide administration support to the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Team
Develop and maintain records and analyse data for reporting.
Provide support to liaise with a variety of learning providers for seamless enrolments and high-quality delivery of apprenticeships and widening participation initiatives, schemes and programmes
Process and monitor applications in line with Trust processes
Create and maintain intranet pages and engage with social media promotion
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an individual with the following knowledge and experience:
In having strong communication Skills, communicating staff working at all levels across the Trust. The general public, outside agencies and stakeholders.
Experience in a variety of administrative skills:processing and monitoring applications, updating databases and records , produce meeting documents and accurately record meeting notes and deal with general enquiries about apprenticeships via email, telephone and face to face
Be creative: in developing and maintaining intranet pages and engage with social media promotion

- To be responsible for using internal systems and processes for the administration for apprenticeships and widening participation programmes, schemes and initiatives
- Manage and maintain records for apprenticeship activity, including enrolments, completions and withdrawals
- Act as a point of contact for a range of queries from members of staff and external agencies for apprenticeships and other access to NHS careers
- Develop and demonstrate effective and productive working relationships with the Team, Trust staff and outside agencies
- Escalate concerns to Line Manager
- Have day to day responsibility for own portfolio, monitoring work and progress
- Produce promotional material for events, social media and intranet pages
- Maintain and manage the email inboxes

- oLevel 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience

- Experience of working in the NHS or an educational environment within the last 3 years
- Understanding of apprenticeships and widening participation initiatives - such as work experience
