Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced change or programme leader to join our growing digital transformation team supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR) programme. The post holder will work closely with the Trust's senior digital leadership team on the Trust's contributions to and involvement with the EHR convergence programme. This is an ambitious, large scale, complex programme which will support the transformation of service delivery across the ICS for many years to come. The role will also be matrix-managed by the central Programme Management Office leadership.
The successful candidate will be a passionate 'change agent' and experienced project, programme, or service manager who has a track record of delivering improvement or change projects. A working knowledge of health care services and/or of delivering digital change in a complex environment is desirable.
Due to the nature of this role, the post holder will occasionally be required to work from locations across Dorset and Somerset

Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role will relate to managing the Dorset County Hospital related elements of this programme. This will include but is not limited to:
oDigital Change and Transformation Benefits Identification, Monitoring, Tracking & Realisation.oClinical Engagement for the Digital Change and Transformation Programme, to include facilitating user co-design of new processes.oChange Assurance for the Digital Change and Transformation Programme (primarily the alignment of Change Management functions between Digital, Clinical and Trust Services).oCompliance with NHS technical standards.oStaff accountability: line management and professional supervision of digital change delivery staff; occasional matrix management of digital portfolio project staff.oBudget accountability: Responsible for identification, tracking and realisation of financial benefits.
