Job summary

Are you a highly motivated individual looking for your next role working in administration. If you are then we have an exciting opportunity to join our Volunteer Team at Dorset County Hospital working as part of a small team supporting our wonderful team of volunteers. You will be joining us as we work to develop and expand the service. If you like a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, then this could be the role for you.

Main duties of the job

You will be a great communicator and advocate for volunteers, work proactively and flexibly to provide an administrative service as part of the volunteer team and understand office management systems and how to use these to support the work of a busy office.

You will have good interpersonal and social skills and ability to plan and organise workloads effectively.
