Band 6 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist - Richmond
We are looking for Band 6 Speech and Language Therapists to join our innovative and successfulPaediatric Therapies Team in Richmond. The Richmond-upon-Thames Local Area SEND inspection report (October 2023) commented positively on our team's work:
'Therapists provide timely assessments and innovative approaches to make sure that those caring for or working with children and young people with SEND receive the support and guidance they need.'
Richmond is a great place to live and work and has been named as the "happiest place to live" in Great Britain (Rightmove's "Happy at Home" Index, 2023).
We are a well-established, integrated and supportive team. All therapists have regular individual and peer group supervision, access to specialist outreach, and internal and external training. We welcome applications for full and part-time work, and there are plenty of opportunities to develop your clinical interests. Here's what some of our current therapists like about working in our team:
"This team is by far the most supportive I have worked in".
"The management have been very proactive with helping me find and develop a specialism".
"It's very easy to access supervision and outreach by specialists and everyone is actively keen to help".
"We have a big band 6 team so there's a lot of peer support".
