As an Education and Training Pharmacy Technician at Kingston Hospital, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Pharmacy team. You'll be responsible for leading, supporting, and guiding students and apprentices through their Level 2 and Level 3 training, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
You'll work closely with the Dispensary Manager and the wider team to identify training needs and provide tailored support. As part of your role, you'll deliver engaging CPD sessions and foster a positive, supportive learning environment for all team members. You'll also guide and support Technicians through their ACPT, PS, and ES training pathways.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the education and training of students, apprentices, and Technicians.
- Deliver CPD sessions and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Support Technicians through ACPT, PS, and ES training.
- Collaborate closely with the Dispensary Manager and Lead Education & Training Senior Pharmacist.
- Act as the EPD (Education & Professional Development) and ES for Technicians.
