This role offers a seamless progression to a Band 4 "Recruitment Advisor" position after 12 months, provided you successfully meet the required competencies and pass the necessary assessment.
Main duties of the job
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be involved in vacancy management, pre-employment checks, and payroll.
Your efforts will directly impact patient care by getting new recruits into their roles promptly. If you enjoy the feeling of a job well done and knowing that what you do is important and benefiting your community, this could be the job for you!
Please note: To be considered for this position, you must be available to work on-site in Epsom four out of five days a week.

Efficient Coordination: Manage a high volume of candidates simultaneously, ensuring the completion of pre-employment clearances within defined target times. Patient-Centric Approach: Understand the urgency of the role in ensuring patient care is not compromised, providing a professional and timely service to candidates. Tech Savvy: Learn to confidently navigate our Applicant Tracking System, keeping accurate notes for audit purposes and corresponding with candidates and managers Using discernment: Foreseeing issues, removing obstacles and knowing when to escalate when help is needed Qualifications and Skills: Good standard of written and verbal communication skills to respond to queries and speak with managers and candidates over the phone, on MS Teams and over email Tenacious and well-organized with a keen eye for detail. Pragmatic and adept at understanding and applying legislative requirements across a range of different scenarios. Ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently and relentlessly, with a sense of urgency in defined timelines.
