We are looking for a dynamic Consultant Paediatrician with interest in Paediatric Epilepsy to join our Paediatric team at Kingston Hospital.

You will be joining a team providing consultant led care in a busy DGH with a substantial NNU. The post enables the provision of consultant led care and supervision for junior and nursing staff 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, providing excellent paediatric care.
Main duties of the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE:
General
- Provide clinical leadership.
- To collaborate with others and set standards in clinical care and work to develop clear, simple care pathways.
- To promote close working links with all providers of services for children, particularly within local primary care and the Southwest London Network
- To manage a flexible approach to service provision, adapting practice and provision to meet changing needs.
- To work with consultant colleagues, other medical colleagues and junior doctors, professional and nursing colleagues, and local managers to ensure the efficient and effective running of the service.
