Our Medical HR team is central to our workforce strategy, ensuring that our medical professionals are supported, valued, and positioned to provide the best possible patient care.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our medical staffing processes and play a key part in creating a positive and supportive work environment for our medical and dental teams.
This is a hybrid role, primarily based at our Teddington hub, a beautiful location nestled between the River Thames and Bushy Park.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
We're looking for a candidate who is not only well-versed in NHS policies, Medical & Dental Terms & Conditions, and employment law, but also possesses a robust understanding of HR systems, especially ESR, coupled with a talent for precise workforce reporting.
You should bring exceptional organisational skills to the table, capable of juggling multiple tasks with ease and finesse.
Moreover, your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in connecting with a diverse set of professionals across our organisation, ensuring clarity & collaboration at every level.

What You Will Do:
- Oversee a systematic approach to junior doctor rotations, ensuring a seamless experience for our future medical leaders.
- Become the trusted face of recruitment for consultants and junior doctors, aligning your strategy with NHS benchmarks and the best in recruitment practices.
- Offer a superior level of customer service, ensuring Medical HR processes are clear, efficient, and supportive.
- Drive compliance and uphold the integrity of our data within the HR/Payroll System, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Be instrumental in the strategic administration of our junior doctors' rotations and take the lead in the Junior Doctor's Forum to foster continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice on Medical & Dental Terms and Conditions, ensuring our staff are well-informed and appreciated.
- Manage and support the career development of the Medical HR Administrator(s), building a team as dynamic and committed as you are.
