Job summary
This role is an exciting new role for Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will join an existing well established team of Physiotherapy Practitioners (APP's) in both secondary and primary care, as well as a large outpatient physiotherapy team. This role will hold a clinical caseload of APP clinics, and these will be based at Kingston Hospital, as well as outreach sites in the local vicinity. This post will be based on site with the option of working from home one day a week. This post holder will combine expert clinical practice with the other advanced practice pillars as well as be a strategic lead across our partners and SWL. They will be experienced organisational leaders on projects, pathway development or implementation of services within physiotherapy, as allied health professionals and multi-professional team leaders.

- oExpert clinical communication skills.
- oLeadership skills.
- oEvidence of relevant CPD
- oExperience in standard setting, audit and evaluation.
