Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic education administrator to join our team within the Kingston Hospital Postgraduate Medical Education Centre. The band 4 role has been created as a result of restructuring to support the band 5 staff. This role will focus on Undergraduate and Foundation Year 2 and other specialities.

Main duties of the job

You should have first rate organisational, communication and customer care skills and an excellent working knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages including Word and Excel.

Profile

  • Expertise in IT applications including Excel, Word, databases, audio visual systems including MS Teams and websites
  • Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Writing and producing materials for education and training purposes
  • Prioritising and meeting deadlines
  • You must also be conscientious, have a calm positive approach, be flexible, adaptable and be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
