Rotational Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist- 37.5 hours
We offer a blended model of face to face and virtual clinics with the ability to spend some time working from home. Laptop provided.

We are currently based in clinics across the London Boroughs of Havering and Barking and Dagenham, with the possibility of Redbridge in the future.
Interview will be in person - no virtual interviews will be offered for this post.
Main duties of the job
1. To provide a high standard of assessment and diagnosis, based on clinical findings, develop and implement an individualised treatment programme in conjunction with the patient referred to the Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Service.2. Educate and train Junior and Student Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Assistants and Support Workers.3. To be an active member of the in-service training programme.4. Maintain own competence through CPD.5. To act as appraiser of junior staff, using the service appraisal model to facilitate staff development and the production of a PDP for the junior.6. To maintain good professional standards of behaviour and appearance.7. To undertake the collection of data for use in service audit, and departmental research initiatives.
The successful candidates will be highly organised individuals with excellent communication skills and a wide range of clinical experience. The ability to travel efficiently across the geographical area covered by NELFT is essential.

Probationary PeriodThis post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
Starting with NELFTNELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
High Cost Area Supplement - LondonThis post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £3,899 and a maximum payment of £4,968 per annum pro rata).
