Job summary
The Community Support Services Team in Barking and Dagenham is looking to recruit to the post of Administrator Band 3 for their Liaison department.
The role is for someone who is able to work flexibly across Monday to Sunday 7am-7pm on a six hour shift basis to work with the Team to ensure that the department is covered 365 days a year, you should be able to cross site work if required.
This post is a permanent 12 hours per week position.
The post holder will have previous experience of working in the provision of excellent customer care including the maintenance of records with experience of working in an NHS environment.
You should have developed communication skills with a range of people and be able to provide an initial response to patients and other agencies queries, concerns and sign post/direct as appropriate. This role will also involve processing referrals in a calm friendly manner, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Starting with NELFTNELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. - Responsible for the induction and orientation of Band 2 administrative staff and temporary staff.
