Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced communicator to work with the busy communications team at NELFT.
You will be responsible for all aspects of internal communications working with the wider team to support the delivery of key objectives.You will be an excellent communicator with experience in staff-facing communications, events and campaigns.
Main duties of the job
You will be a self-starter who takes a proactive approach to both communications and your own professional development
You will be a motivational line manager with responsibility for the line management and supervision of staff within the team. This is a demanding role and the post holder will be able to manage multiple deadlines and provide advice and support across a range of complex communications activities.This post will be part of the corporate communications team and will be supporting our operational services across London, Essex and Kent.

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

The salary advertised takes into account apayment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% .
