Job summary
The Waltham Forest Recovery College provides free recovery focused educational sessions for people receiving care under secondary mental health teams, aiming to help increase awareness and understanding of their recovery and self-management whilst challenging stigma related to mental health. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the growth and daily functions and development of the service. The post holder will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of effective administration systems to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Recovery College and providing support to the other College staff.
Main duties of the job
Tasks includes, email advertising, student enrolments, supporting performance outcomes & Key Performance Indicators, promotion of the Recovery College ,telephone and face to face communication with Recovery College students , carers , staff and other external partners & agencies. Responsibilities also includes setting up and booking rooms for face to face and virtual meetings and minute taking.

Assessment/Interview info
At NELFT we set very high standards to ensure we provide quality services. We require prospective employees to carry out an online literacy and numeracy test, equivalent to NVQ Level 2. Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction.
