Band 8A Senior Project Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly organised, dedicated person with strong project management skills to come and join the friendly North West London Local Maternity Neonatal System (LMNS) as the Senior Project Manager at Hillingdon Hospital.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead the transformation programmes and initiatives of the North West London LMNS. The post holder will work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to lead the development of National, Regional and local maternity transformation deliverables and manage the delivery of the agreed work programmes, ensuring that equity and reducing inequalities are integral part of all LMNS initiatives. The programme team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced project manager, keen to develop their skills in ICS level working to join this dynamic team to play a key role in maternity service transformation across North West London.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to support the implementation of programme deliverables at provider and LMNS level. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to find solutions to successfully implementing;
- Enhanced quality and safety of birthing people and newborns
- Authentic engagement with birthing people and their families
- Reconfiguration of maternity services
- Improved health and wellbeing of birthing people and their newborns
- Increased access to perinatal mental health services and perinatal pelvic health services

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
