Apprentice Blurb for Band 4 Workforce Information Systems - e-Rostering Admin to be added to job overview please We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic person with a great work ethic and excellent interpersonal & communication skills to the role of a Band 4 e-Rostering Support Administrator position
Apprenticeships are designed to give talented people an opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification while completing on the job training. You will be supported to learn and develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to perform in the job role. You will also have study time allocated within your working hours to gain your qualification.
For this role you will undertake a 22-month development programme as an ImprovementPractitioner within eRostering, through work-based learning and by attending regular training sessions. Successfully completing the training programme and qualification will lead to an Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3.
This position is offered on a fixed term contract with the opportunity to become permanent once the qualification is successfully completed and achieved.

Apprenticeships do require candidates to be resident in the UK for at least 3 years at the start of their apprenticeship.
Please be advised if you already hold a relevant qualification in this subject area ( in Improvement) at this level or higher you are not eligible to apply for this role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for providing a high-quality administration support to departments; designing and building electronic rosters as well as delivering formal and ad-hoc training on the system. The role will involve supporting implementation of eRostering, namely coordination of roster building and implementation with clinical and non-clinical teams. The post holder will act as the initial point of contact and support for end-users within the Trust and will be responsible for undertaking various administrative duties to support the divisions by providing advice, collating information and producing reports.
