Our busy division is looking for a Patient Pathway Administrator to join the team on a substantive basis. This post offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and conscientious individual to work within the Division of Orthopaedic Oncology & Specialist Hip and Knee Unit (Cancer and Complex Joints).
- This broad, patient centered and high profile role is integral to the operational running of the department which is currently striving to meet the challenge of additional demand across the service
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in the NHS. Posse excellent administrative, organisational and strong communicational skills. Have excellent IT skills

Main duties of the job
The role of the Patient Pathway Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all administrative tasks relating to patient pathway care. The post holder will be responsible for the daily administration of the Bone and Soft Tissue and Hip and Knee department working closely with members of the scheduling and medical secretarial teams. The post holder will be required to have a full understanding of, and adherence to the Trust's Access, Booking and Choice policy, and implement changes to working practices in line with the NHS Modernisation Plan.
