A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Specialist Dietitian to join our dietetic team to develop nutrition services and promote excellence in nutritional care across the Trust. It is a split post allowing a unique opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in both adults and paediatrics in a supportive environment, opening avenues in future career progression.
The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital is a renowned, elective centre for musculoskeletal, spinal and metabolic conditions and is undergoing a major rebuild.
Main duties of the job
The Post holder will have an opportunity to experience a range of specialities within the Trust including surgery, spinal cord injury, critical care, sarcoma, outpatients and rehabilitation. As well as predominantly acute ward work part of this role will involve patient and staff education, pre-assessment, clinics, and service development.
