Band 6 Clinical Research Nurse infectious Diseases
Secondment for up to 12 months

37.5 Hours per week (1.0 WTE)
We are looking for a Clinical Research Nurse to support the Infectious Disease research portfolio at the Royal Free Hospital. The post can be worked as a secondment or a fixed term contract as it is covering the current post holder who is going on a secondment for 12 months.
The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, confident and enthusiastic, be able to prioritise a combination of diverse demands on your time, be able to work autonomously and with a clear expression of interest in the research process. The post holder will work on a combination of NIHR portfolio adopted studies and commercial trials ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently and to target.
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values and the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. Experience of working in a research environment is desirable but not essential. You will need to be competent in IV drug administration and phlebotomy.
There may be a requirement to work out of hours and at weekends.
