The successful applicant will be encouraged to attend weekly paediatric teaching and regional training days, and will also be expected to contribute to the provision of teaching to members of the multidisciplinary team. The trust runs major resuscitation courses and has a newly refurbished simulation suite with an active ED simulation faculty. The department has a strong drive towards Quality Improvement to shape the future of the department through guideline and pathway development and project work, with supported training for this.
