Job summary
The purpose of this role is to support the HR Business Partner (or Head ofWorkforce) to provide comprehensive human resource (HR) support for adesignated clinical /corporate Division with regard to resourcing, organisationalchange, employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment. The rolewill support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce.
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be the Associate HRBP for the Barnet Hospital Business Unit. Your role will support 2 divisions across the Barnet Hospital Business Unit. As part of the role, you will play a key part in providing HR services of a high quality and that are client focused.
You will also work closely with HR colleagues across all main hospital sites on a variety of projects, staff engagement, organisational design and consultation and policy and process harmonisation.
Interviews are schedule to take place on Tuesday 13th May 2025 or Thursday 29th May 2025.
