We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The post is full-time, substantive.
Main duties of the job
You will be joining an established Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team led by a Clinical Lead and Advance Clinical Practitioner and will have the opportunity to develop specialist skills in the assessment and treatment of patients with obstetric, gynaecological, urological and bowel symptoms.
You will be responsible for covering both obstetric and gynaecology inpatient wards as well as having an obstetric and gynaecology outpatient caseload. You will be involved in our in-service training program as both presenter and recipient and you will be encouraged to participate in clinical governance and audit activities within the team. Applicants must have previous experience in the field of pelvic health physiotherapy, particularly in obstetric assessment and treatment, have excellent communication and prioritisation skills and a commitment to continuing professional development.This post provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience of working with patients with pelvic health symptoms in a rewarding and well supported environment with a clear supervision structure.Currently, this post requires no weekend or on-call commitment.
