We are looking for 2 x Digital Services Application Support Officer, working as part of the Access Management Team, managing the set-up, maintenance and support of all IT Access, including the configuration and maintenance of Imprivata Identity Governance (IDG)
Main duties of the job
We are looking for two Digital Services Support Officer to join the Access Management Team, the successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all access management requirements, including the set-up and management of Smartcard profiles under NHS registration authority guidelines and internal information governance compliance within the Royal Free Hospitals and and satellite sites. Although the primary sites for this role is Barnet & Chase Farm Hospitals, there will be a requirement to visit other sites as and when necessary.
Responsibility for the implementation and management of automation via Imprivata Identity Governance Tool (IDG)
The post holder will be expected to have previous experience of working in an IT Support Team.
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.

These roles are part of the Digital Services, Patient Systems Group, you will be working closely with and supporting all Trust staff members throughout trust in the delivery of set-up and maintenance of IT Access.
