Job summary
We are looking for a Digital Services IDG Manager, working as part of the Access Management Team, managing the set-up, maintenance and support of all IT Access and the implementation, configuration and support of Imprivata IDG.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an Digital Services IDG Manager to join the Access Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and support of Imprivata IDG, maintaining and supporting all access management requirements, including the set-up and management of Smartcard profiles under NHS registration authority guidelines and internal information governance compliance within the Royal Free Hospitals and and satellite sites. Although the primary sites for this role is Royal Free Hospital, there will be a requirement to visit other sites as and when necessary.
The post holder will be expected to have previous experience of working in an IT Support Team and a good knowledge of automation tools.
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.

This role is part of the Digital Services, Patient Systems Group, you will be working closely with and supporting all Trust staff members throughout trust in the delivery of set-up and maintenance of IT Access.
