Job summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Services Officer in the projects and helpdesk team to support the NLPSS Shared Recruitment Shared Services Team to deliver a high level of customer service and expertise. You will be expected to work autonomously but also support all areas during busy peak periods.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the Trust values and the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. You should preferably have recent experience of working within a busy office environment. We will also consider applicants with demonstrable transferable skills, if you do not have NHS or Recruitment experience.
You must be an excellent organiser with strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
You will be based at The Enfield Civic Centre Site.

The post-holder will be required to work independently using initiative, and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work. To undertake non-routine duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines.The post-holder will be required to carry out all HR Administration activities and process them in a timely and accurate manner to support our North Star vision of Excellent patient care, through an outstanding employee experience as well as being first point of contact for queries which come directly into the recruitment service. These will be resolved using FAQ data and escalated upwards when they fall outside of the resolutions they can provide ensuring that all escalated issues are tracked until they are resolved.The post holder is the first point of reference and as such must display a considerable degree of initiative and judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with service users.The post holder will provide a high quality, responsive, streamlined service to managers, employees, prospective candidates and all other service users accessing services through NLPSS; such duties include: Data Entry (Both numeric and non-numeric) into various systems Ensuring that Managers and Employees are provided an accurate and quality service. Ensuring that all administrative KPIs are adhered to. Working within the policies and procedures; ensuring that audit requirements are met at all times and deadlines are strictly adhered to. Appropriate application of data protection rules. Assisting the necessary shared services teams by delivering comprehensive administration support where needed.
