Band 7 Occupational Therapist - Oncology
12 Month Fixed term contract
37.5 hours per week
This is an exciting time to be working at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation one of the biggest NHS Trusts in the UK, delivering care to more than 1.6 million people a year through our three main hospitals: Barnet, Chase Farm and the Royal Free. As well as providing oncology services for the local areas we are a specialist center for some cancers.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with skills and knowledge in oncology and palliative care to join our dynamic oncology multidisciplinary therapy team working between primarily at Marie Curie Hospice, Hampstead and as part of the Oncology therapy team at the Royal Free Hospital.
The successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience in oncology and be able to work as an autonomous practitioner.
