We currently have a vacancy in Mary Rankin Dialysis Unit for Band 5 nurses with an interest in renal nursing to join a friendly and committed team on Mary Rankin Dialysis Unit (a 30-station) Hemodialysis satellite units of the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust.
Emphasis is placed on professional development, teamwork and clinical excellence and is all supported and encouraged on-site and through an educational network at the Royal Free Hospital. This post offers the opportunity to develop insight and gain knowledge and new clinical skills in Renal Nursing in a challenging environment. The post holder will be expected to liaise appropriately with all key members of the multidisciplinary team and service users related to the speciality.
To be responsible for all aspects of patient care including the assessment, planning,
delivery and evaluation of direct patient care with supervision from senior staff.
To support the Charge Nurse/Senior Sister to monitor the safety and quality of care for patients.
In the absence of the Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ward.
