Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Information Administrator to join our team. Workforce information is a key resource to enable managers to deliver services in a cost-effective way and you will have a key role in supporting this. The key elements of your role will be to:

The post holder is the first point of reference and as such must display a considerable degree of initiative and judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with service users.

The post holder acts as a contact point ensuring that effective communication is used as the role involves the need to explain complex information with senior managers and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and co-ordinating the team mailbox, dealing with queries in a timely fashion
  • Data Entry (both numeric and non-numeric) into ESR staff record system and TRAC recruitment system.
  • Ensuring that all administrative KPIs are adhered to
  • Maintaining data integrity across workforce systems
  • Assisting with freedom of information requests and providing necessary data where appropriate, and passing requests on to other members of the team when required.
  • Providing workforce data internally to assist Workforce operations and projects where required.

We are a small & friendly team, based in Enfield, but working flexibly from home or the office.
