Main duties of the job

As RPA Product Manager, you will be a critical part of our growing business by interfacing with stakeholders throughout the NHS and public sector to help drive the adoption of RPA.You will lead the continuous development of our Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence, including:

  • Management and prioritisation of the RPA pipeline
  • Generation of new business
  • Management of the business analysis function
  • Ensuring development and deployment timelines and standards are met against our automation lifecycle
  • Oversight of the successful transition of RPA products and services to host organisations.

  • Extensive knowledge of Robotic process automation, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent

Desirable

  • Trained to assess services against Government or NHS Service Standards.
  • Additional practitioner level qualifications in Product Management (e.g. CSPO, PSPO).

  • Significant understanding and experience of RPA product and portfolio and programme leadership, especially BP and/or MS PowerAutomate.
  • Significant understanding and experience of planning, tracking and delivering multiple complex technical projects for multiple partners/clients
  • Significant experience of for Robotics process automation projects based on effort, risk, ROI, business value (efficiencies, business metrics improvement and cost saving potential)
  • Experience of managing a dynamic, multidisciplinary team fast-paced team across multiple locations and various RPA products
  • Experience of ensuring technical, clinical and IG standards and risk management within an RPA process through design, specialist testing processes and training.

Desirable

  • Significant experience of analysing business needs and articulated them as requirements and PDDs. Highly competent in the requirements for supporting and maintaining new digital platforms and Technology.
  • Experience of working with and advising a diverse range of stakeholders, including clinicians, senior managers, front line staff, patients and their representative groups, and the ability to adapt style accordingly.
  • Digital transformation, change management or innovation consulting project experience.
