Main duties of the job
The Associate Director of Nursing Research will be a key role within the senior R and D leadership team and will work closely alongside the R and D directors, Group Chief Nurse and other senior nurses to lead on supporting the delivery of world class research to patients being treated across the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust. The postholder will form a triumvirate leadership structure with the Directors of R&D and will support them in developing and implementing the 5-year R&D strategy.
