Job summary
Here is an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Chief Pharmacy Technician Clinical Services.
Yor will lead day to day clinical operations for the technical team, overseeing staff and service provision to meet Trust and departmental needs. They will be responsible for leading and expanding ward based pharmacy technical services working with pharmacists, medical and nursing staff. Provide systems for training technicians to deliver this service.
Main duties of the job
To lead the provision and development of ward based pharmacy technical services. To work with the clinical leads to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, cost-effective service that is responsive to ward and directorate needs.
To be flexible in responding to the demands of the service and continually assess the service provided to make improvements and ensure best practice.
To provide operational and technical support to the divisional Pharmacist leads for other aspects of running of clinical services including monitoring, reporting documentation and provision of information to other staff.
