Staff Nurse - Acute Medical UnitBasildon Hospital
Acute Medical Unit at Basildon Hospital is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our dedicated and supportive team. Main duties of the job
To clinically give and receive the patient centred handovers.
Ensuring that all drug administration in accordance with Legal and Trust Directorate Policies and procedures, assist with safe Custody, storage and Control of all drugs at ward level.
Ensuring that the discharge planning process starts on admissions to prevent delays and make good utilisation of Unit beds.
