Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Staff Nurses with an interest in developing skills in Critical Care nursing to join our team at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.
Existing ward experience can be built upon, and new knowledge and skills can be learnt and developed.
We offer structured support supervised by our clinical facilitation team and clinical progression is encouraged within our intensive care and high dependency units by our large friendly multi-disciplinary staff.

Main duties of the job
You will be working within a busy general intensive care unit with both emergency and elective patients. Our surgical specialties include upper GI, colorectal and plastics.
We have a strong multidisciplinary ethos across all grades and as a Staff Nurse you will be working closely with our Consultant and Junior Doctor team as well as specialty therapists from Physiotherapy and Speech and Language.
