An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent position of Housekeeper on John Ray ward.
John Ray ward is a busy elective surgery and trauma and orthopaedics ward, so if you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and are sociable this is the perfect ward for you.

Main duties of the job
Main duties to include:
- Cleaning within the department
- Ensuring treatment rooms and stores are clean and well stocked
- Ordering supplies
- Stock rotation
- Steam Cleaning
- Audits
- Administration duties including photocopying
- inpatient/outpatient documentation packs
- Liaising with estates department regarding maintenanceissues and ward improvements
- Support the team to maintain excellent standards of safety and cleanliness on the ward
