We are thrilled to offer an exceptional 10-month secondment opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Brachytherapy Radiographer to join our vibrant and forward-thinking team. Main duties of the job

To be responsible for supervising the overall running of the HDR Brachytherapy unit ensuring a quality service is delivered.

Manage the future developments and current service of the HDR brachytherapy suite, ensuring the highest professional and technical standard of care is offered to the patient at all times.

To be Responsible for co-ordinating, developing and delivering a Brachytherapy service. Directly managing several grades of staff.

Participate in, or direct multidisciplinary discussions about clinical matters that directly Inform decision making to ensure best practice.

Work closely with Oncologists to develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical objectives and protocols.

Implement departmental policies and procedures, participating in the development as required
