Main duties of the job

To prepare, cook, and present the highest quality food for the restaurant and In-Patient therapeutic diets.
Prepare foods for Trust Hospitality and other special events
Assist with the food service in the restaurant where appropriate.
Be flexible to other duties, appropriate to the grade that will facilitate the smooth running of the kitchen and associated areas
