The Programme
EPUT and MSEFT are embarking on the implementation of a UK first of type Unified Electronic Patient Record (UEPR) system that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community services. The new system will be delivered through the Nova Programme, alongside our commercial partners for this significant transformative journey.

Main duties of the job
JOB SUMMARY
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) provides services to the residents of Southend, Basildon, and Chelmsford. It was formed in April 2020 by the merger of Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, and Basildon & Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) provides community health, mental health and learning disability services to support more 3.2 million people living across Bedfordshire, Essex, and Suffolk.
EPUT was formed on 1 April 2017 following the merger of North Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (NEP) and South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT).
EPUT and MSEFT are embarking on a UK first of type EPR for a single system that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community health services. We have singed a contract with Oracle Health to implement the Cerner solution and are excited to offer this role to an experienced SME Assistant to support us in delivering the programme.

To establish a professional working relationship with all necessary stakeholders linking to the Pharmacy Digital Systems.
Able to provide clear communication between multiple teams including external supplier, clinical staff and pharmacy.
Ability to adapt your communication style to suit the audience.
- Analytical and Planning
To assist in the planning of downtime for Clock-Change and Upgrades.
Analyse any patterns for problems or queries to escalate to seniors within the department
- Clinical Duties
- Policy and Service Development
To ensure policies and procedures are continually adhered to in relation to EPMA.
To follow standard operating procedures at all times and undertake reviews as assigned by line-manager
- Financial and Physical Resources
To keep inventory and stock of any resources that are needed for the service with particular attention on disaster recovery resources
To proactively identify areas of potential cost savings.

Be a point of expertise for all junior staff.
