An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivatedindividual to join our team of rotational clinical pharmacists.
This rotational post consists of 3 month rotations across a wide variety of clinical areas including emergency care, medicine, surgery, elderly care, medicines information and technical services.

Main duties of the job
You will provide expert pharmaceutical knowledge to pharmacy, medical and nursing staff working across a variety of wards and departments.
Duties will vary dependent upon the rotation but will include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening and checking of prescriptions, and general clinical pharmacy duties.
