Are you a dynamic, motivated and flexible nurse seeking a new challenge within our specialist team for orthopedics. Here at Mid & South Essex NHS Foundation Trust we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our STORM Team at Basildon Hospital.

We are looking for someone who is a good team player and will bring a positive attitude to the trust with a flexible approach to working.

Your role will be to provide the highest standard of individualised care for our patients following elective joint surgery within the community setting. Access to a car is vital as you will be working in the community.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include to:

Provide excellent and safe care to all our elective joint surgery patients
Assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate all patients
Provide wound care
Maintain good communications with multi disciplinary teams
