Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Trust, supporting the Orthopaedic Leadership Team, consisting of Deputy Director of Operations, Medical Director, Clinical Director and Deputy Director of Nursing
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and professional PA who has excellent organisational and communication skills. The post holder will need to well under pressure and have a pragmatic and proactive approach to working.
Previous experience working in the NHS would be an advantage but is not essential.

Main duties of the job
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive personal assistance/secretarial, operational and organizational support to the Orthopaedic Leadership Team, consisting of Deputy Director of Operations, Medical Director, General Managers and ensure the efficient operation of their portfolios.
You will develop excellent relationships both internally and externally and will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders and patients.
You will have exemplary communication skills to ensure that a positive impression of the Trust is maintained at all times.
